We have warehouses of various sizes and formats – from 1m2 to 70m2, located in Lisbon and Porto.
The ideal size will depend on the items you want to store and how often you access your mini warehouse. If you can’t measure what you want to store, you can talk to us and tell us what you’ll be using the mini warehouse for (1/2/3 type furniture, tools, seasonal clothes, sports equipment, filing cabinets, etc.) and our team will help you find the size you need.
Prices vary according to the size of the mini warehouses.

Our contracts don’t require you to pay a deposit or have a binding contract. You only pay for the month during which you use your space. The minimum period of stay is one month.

You can contact our staff by email, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn. You also have the option of visiting Perfect Space spaces accompanied by a member of our team during opening hours (2F to 6F, 9am to 6pm). Outside these hours, we can also give you access to the space and accompany you remotely.
10 minutes is all it takes to rent a mini warehouse with Perfect Space. All you need is your ID card. And if you’re a company, all you need is a valid commercial certificate access code and the identity of the manager(s). All you have to do is choose the location and size of the unit and you’ll have your warehouse ready to use.
Contracts last for a minimum of one calendar month (i.e. from 1 to 30/31) and are renewable on a monthly basis.
Security is one of our priorities! We have a 24-hour video surveillance system and access doors alarmed by Prosegur. Each client has an individual access code.
The access code to the mini warehouse space is individual. Perfect Space does not have access to each Customer’s space(s), as they are responsible for bringing their own key or code padlock(s).
You can therefore choose who has access to your mini warehouse by sharing your main entry code and providing the key or lock code. However, if you give your codes to a third party, you assume full responsibility for the actions of anyone who has authorized access to the space. Perfect Space accepts no liability whatsoever.
The payment process is simple and quick.
The monthly rent must be paid on the first day of the month. To do this, you have the option of paying by direct debit. Alternatively, you can pay by ATM reference or via the MB WAY link indicated in the email sent with the invoice. In the event of late payment, additional fees may apply, which is why we recommend activating direct debit.
Despite the wide variety of objects you can store with us, there are some exceptions, namely: motor vehicles, perishable goods, animals, explosive or corrosive materials, toxic, illegal or potentially damaging products for third parties or the property, flammable or eminently dangerous materials, products not properly packaged, counterfeit products or those whose trade is prohibited, goods and products likely to release odors or spills that could cause damage or inconvenience to other users, as well as any type of vehicle with a combustion engine.
Access to our facilities is possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, using your access code.
We have loading and unloading spaces in practically all our warehouses.
Each mini-warehouse available for rent has multi-risk insurance for a maximum of 5,000 euros, the cost of which is already included in the monthly payment. If the stored goods are worth more than the amount covered by our insurance, the client must take out an insurance policy for the stored goods or products at their own expense.
You must send written notice by the 20th of the last month.
You can do this by e-mail. Any notice delivered after that day or after the day of automatic renewal (made on the 1st), implies full payment of that monthly fee.
If you do not remove all your goods by the last day of the month in question, even after due notice, automatic renewal will be authorized and the next monthly fee will be charged in full.
Upon termination of the contract, the Client must leave the mini warehouse in the condition it was in when he rented it – clean and undamaged.
If you want to change the size of the mini warehouse, and you already have a contract in place, just let our team know in advance and we’ll make the necessary changes to the documentation as soon as possible.
You can check all the information regarding the location, the number of the mini warehouse rented and the monthly fee on the letterhead of your contract (sent by email and/or delivered by hand). As a last resort, you can always contact one of our team members by phone or email. For security reasons, our team may ask you to confirm some of your Customer details.
No problem! Just get in touch with one of our team by phone or email. For security reasons, our team will have to verify your identity before giving you the access code again.
If you lose your keys or forget the code on your padlock, it will have to be cut and you will have to bring a new one to replace it. If, for some reason, it is not possible to cut the lock, a locksmith will have to be contacted to do so. In this case, the costs will be borne by the Customer, as Perfect Space has no responsibility for access to the unit once it has been rented.
