This privacy policy describes the personal data that is collected or generated (processed) when you use Perfect Space’s websites. It also explains how your personal data is used, shared and protected, what options you have in relation to your personal data and how you can contact us.

Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

The entity Perfect Space is responsible for processing your personal data will depend on how you interact with the Perfect Space Sites and Apps and your location in the world. The relevant Perfect Space entity will be referred to in this privacy policy as “Perfect Space”, “our”, “we” or “us”.

What personal data we collect and when

In order to provide you with the products and services you have requested, we ask you for certain personal data.

For example, when you fill in a form or contact our customer services, request to receive communications, create an account, participate in our events or competitions or use our Sites or Apps.. This personal data includes yours:

contact details, including name, e-mail address, telephone number and shipping and billing address;
login and account information, including user name, password and unique user ID;
personal data, including gender, place of birth, date of birth and purchase history;
payment or credit card information;
images, photographs and videos;
personal preferences including wish lists and preferences in relation to marketing and cookies.

We use your personal data in the following ways:

To Provide the Functionality of the Sites, Apps and Services You Request

When you use our Sites and Apps, we will use your personal data to provide the product or service you have requested. For example, if you fill out the form on perfectspace.co.uk or participate in an event or promotion, we will use the contact information you provide to communicate with you about your purchase, event or promotion. If you contact our consumer services, we will use information about you, such as delivery or payment information or about the service/product you purchased to help you resolve a problem or question.

To Communicate Information about our Products, Services, Events or for Other Promotional Purposes

Payment must be made by the Second Grantor exclusively via the payment platform (Visa, Mastercard or Paypal), at no cost to the First Grantor;

If you are already a Perfect Space customer (for example, if you have placed an order with us), we may use the contact details you provide to send you marketing communications about similar Perfect Space products or services, where permitted by applicable law (unless you have objected to this option). In other cases, we ask for your consent to send you marketing information. We may use the information you have provided to us, as well as information from other Perfect Space products or services – such as your use of Perfect Space Sites and Apps, your visits to or purchases from Perfect Space stores, your participation in Perfect Space events – to personalize communications about products and services that may be of interest to you.

To Operate, Improve and Maintain our Business, Products and Services

For example, when you make a purchase, we use this information for accounting, auditing and other internal functions. We may use personal data about how you use our products and services to improve your user experience and to help us diagnose technical and service problems and administer our Sites and Apps.

To Protect Our or Third Parties' Rights, Property or Safety

We may also use your personal data about how you use our Sites and Apps to prevent or detect fraud, abuse, illegal use, violations of our terms of use and to comply with court orders, government requests or applicable laws.

For General Research and Analysis Purposes

We use data about how our visitors use our Sites, Apps and services to understand customer behavior or preferences. For example, we may use information about how perfectspace.co.uk visitors search for and find products to understand the best ways to organize and present product offerings in our store.

Other purposes

We may also use your personal data for other purposes, subject to a specific notice at the time of collection and obtaining your consent where necessary.

Legal foundations

The start of the contract will only be fully confirmed with the payment of the down payment: last month’s rent and security deposit;

When you buy Perfect Space products on our Sites and Apps, we need your personal data in order to fulfill our contract with you. For example, we need your payment details and your contact details to deliver your order.
When you use our Apps, we rely on your consent for processing and, for certain restricted purposes, to fulfill our contract with you (e.g. for in-app purchases).
We also rely on other legal grounds, such as legitimate business interests, to comply with a legal obligation or to protect your vital interests.

Sharing Your Personal Data

Perfect Space shares your personal data with:

Perfect Space entities for the purposes and under the conditions described above;
Third party service providers who process personal data on behalf of Perfect Space, for example, to process credit cards and payments, shipments and deliveries, host, manage and service our data, distribute emails, research and analysis, brand management and product promotions, as well as administer certain services and features. When we use third party service providers, we enter into contracts that require them to put in place appropriate technical and organizational measures for the protection of your personal data.
Other third parties, to the extent necessary to: (i) comply with a request from government authorities, a court order or applicable law; (ii) prevent unlawful uses of our Sites and Apps or violations of our Sites and Apps Terms of Use and our policies; (iii) defend against third-party claims; and (iv) assist in the prevention or investigation of fraud (e.g., counterfeiting);
Any third parties when you have given us your consent.

We may also transfer your personal data in the event of the sale or transfer of all or part of our business or assets (including in the event of reorganization, demerger, dissolution or liquidation).

Your Share

When you use certain social features on our Sites or Apps, you can create a public profile that may include information such as your username, profile picture and place of birth. You can also share content with your friends or the public, including information about your Perfect Space activity. We encourage you to use the Perfect Space social sharing management tools we provide to control what information you make available through Perfect Space’s social features.

Protection and management of your personal data

Encryption and Security

We use a variety of technical and organizational security measures, including encryption and authentication tools, to maintain the security of your personal data.

International Transfers of Your Personal Data

The personal data we collect (or process) in the context of our Sites and Apps will be stored in Portugal and other countries. Some of the data recipients with whom Perfect Space shares your personal data may be located in countries other than the country in which your personal data was originally collected. The laws in those countries may not provide the same level of data protection compared to the country in which you originally provided us with your data. However, when we transfer your personal data to recipients in other countries, including the US, we will protect that personal data as described in this privacy policy and in accordance with applicable law.

We take steps to comply with applicable legal requirements for the transfer of personal data to recipients in countries outside the EEA or Switzerland that do not have an adequate level of data protection. We take a number of measures to ensure that your personal data transferred to these countries receives adequate protection in accordance with data protection standards; these include signing EU Data Protection Standard Clauses, Binding Corporate Rules, verifying that the recipient has adopted Binding Corporate Rules or adheres to the EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shields. Whenever your personal data is transferred within Perfect Space, we will use an intra-group data transfer agreement.

Retention of Your Personal Data

Your personal information will be kept for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes set out in this privacy policy (unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law). In general, this means that we will retain your personal data for as long as you maintain your Perfect Space account. With regard to personal data relating to product purchases, we will retain the data for a longer period to comply with legal obligations (such as tax laws and sales laws and for warranty purposes).

Your Rights Related to Your Personal Data

You have the right to request: (i) access to your personal data; (ii) an electronic copy of your personal data (portability); (iii) rectification of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrect; or (iv) erasure or limitation of the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances established by applicable law. These rights are not absolute. Where we have obtained your consent to process your personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

Cookies and Pixel Tags

Perfect Space collects information, which may include personal data, from your web browser when you use our Sites. We use a variety of methods such as cookies and pixel tags to collect this information, which may include (i) IP address; (ii) unique cookie identifier, cookie information and information about whether your device has software to access certain features; (iii) unique device identifier and device type; (iv) domain, browser type and language, (v) operating system and system settings; (vi) country and time zone; (vii) previously visited sites; (viii) information about your interaction with our Sites, such as click behavior, purchases and stated preferences; and (ix) access times and referring URLs.

Third parties may also collect information via the Sites through cookies, third-party plug-ins and widgets. These third parties collect data directly from your browser and the processing of this data is subject to their privacy policies.

We use cookies and pixel tags to track our customers’ use of the Sites and to understand our customers’ preferences (such as country and language choices). This allows us to provide services to our customers and improve their online experience. We also use cookies and pixel tags to obtain aggregate data about site traffic and interaction, to identify trends and to obtain statistics so that we can improve our Sites. Generally, there are three categories of cookies used on our Sites:
