  • Yes. Customers can access the facilities 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, using their individual code.
  • Yes. Benfica, Algés, Paraíso, and Setúbal allow vehicles into the loading area. At Júlio Dinis, you can drive right up to your unit. In Campo de Ourique, vehicles stop in front of the gate.
  • No. The unit or facility address cannot be used as a residential, registered business, or mailing address.
  • No. Package acceptance is not available. You must be present to receive and store your materials.
  • You can authorize people you trust, but you remain responsible for the actions of anyone who has access. Confirm the current procedure with our team before sharing codes or keys.
  • No. Units are exclusively for storing goods and cannot be used as offices, workshops, or customer service spaces.
  • Yes, subject to availability. Contact our team to switch units and update your paperwork.
