Frequently asked questions about personal storage

  • Yes. You can store furniture, boxes, disconnected and properly packed appliances, clothing, and other permitted items for as long as you need.
  • The minimum rental period is one month. After that, the contract automatically renews for successive one-month periods. No security deposit is required.
  • It depends on the location. Most allow vehicles into the loading area. At Júlio Dinis, you can drive up to your unit; in Campo de Ourique, you park in front of the gate.
  • Yes. Your monthly rental includes multi-peril insurance coverage up to €5,000, subject to the applicable terms and exclusions. If your belongings are worth more, consider additional coverage.
  • Yes. Customers have access 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, using their individual code.
  • We have locations in Lisbon, Porto, and Setúbal. Choose the city or location that’s most convenient for you, and contact us to check available space.
